Objectives of the Course
Teaching English concepts that will be used by the students during Load Control&Communication activitiesand transffering applicable-oriented English

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :    
LO - 1 : Learn English concepts used in airline management
LO - 2 : Communicate with foreigners in English during Ground Services
LO - 3 : Learn English concepts used in load control and Communications Activities
LO - 4 : Communicate with foreign people in English during the load control and Communications activities
